Candidate Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency in accordance with STCW regulations
- Minimum 3 completed contracts as 3rd Engineer on similar vessel type and size
- Experience with MAN B&W MC, Wärtsilä RTA, or Wärtsilä RT-Flex main engines is an advantage
- Strong command of the English language
- Experience working with multinational crews
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility
