**New Position Creation**
When it is determined that a new position is needed, we consider strategic goals, conduct a core competency analysis, and perform a job analysis to identify any additional requirements or gaps.
**Recruitment Process**
Our recruitment process is adaptable to meet our clients' specific needs. The following steps outline our approach:
1. **Job Order Receipt:
** We receive a Job Order from the employer, which includes:
- Job description
- Job requirements
- Company information
- Salary and benefits package
- Projected assignment dates
2. **CV Acquisition and Screening:
** We acquire CVs and applications from qualified personnel and conduct a screening based on the agreed criteria.
3. **Due Diligence Background Checks:
** Within 1 to 3 working days, we conduct background checks on every applicant. This includes reference checks and thorough interviews using industry-standard competency, talent, and behavioral screening models.
4. **Candidate Submission:
** After a successful screening, we submit the CVs/applications of candidates who meet the criteria to the employer. We also coordinate interview sessions for the final applicants, whether via telephone, video conference, or in person.
**Interviewing Process**
We follow structured interviewing guidelines to gather necessary data for evaluating candidates' skills and abilities.
- **First-Round Interviews:
** Conducted by our team, focusing on:
- General information from candidates
- Contact details
- Application form evaluation
- Selecting suitable candidates for second-round interviews
- **Second Interviews:
** Offered to all applicants, allowing them to interview in person or via telephone or Skype / Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
The results from these interviews aid in the final selection of candidates for our clients.
- **Final Interviews:
** Conducted by the employer's representatives, with our team coordinating all logistical aspects.
**Final Steps**
- **Reference Checks:
** We conduct reference checks on the final applicants by contacting previous employers or supervisors.
- **Offer Initiation:
** Once the final selection is confirmed, we contact the chosen candidate and provide all necessary information regarding the offer.
